SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All packages shipped by Fine Art Taxidermy are carefully constructed to transport finished products safely.  We fully insure each item and obtain tracking to monitor the items along the way for their successful arrival at their destination.

 

Products shipped by a customer to Fine Art Taxidermy should be insured and tracked also.  The safe arrival of any product is the responsibility of the customer.  Return shipping will be guaranteed by FAT for the full amount requested by the customer.

In the event that a package is lost, damaged, or stolen we will do everything in our ability to locate and compensate the customer.  Though these events are rare, they do happen occasionally so we encourage customers to follow the protocol suggested by their shipper to maximize their services in protecting and safely transporting their items.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days for product delivery for all unused items.  In the event that an item needs to be returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless an item arrives damaged.  Used items, or those returned more than 30 days after receipt, will not be refundable.  Please contact us in any case where a return or refund is desired so we can do everything possible to remedy the situation.

For customer items, such as taxidermy work, returns are not accepted.  If an item is unsatisfactory for any reason please let us know.  We will do everything possible to remedy the concern.
